trqq was quitte tedious wiff all dde runniqqz,pumpz & crawlz..

seriously,iitz biin lonqq tyme since we've biin by madam wan tenq..

some off mua squad matez almost faiinted..next...was a simple test by sgtt ng.

off cos,,,footdrills were after..trained byy sir steven,hakim,ncos & madams wan teng & siew huai. . fiinally,was an expected result,
